Agent Venom is a Marvel Comics character, a hybrid symbiote-enhanced identity assumed by several individuals.

While the Venom symbiote initially bonded with Peter Parker (Spider-Man) and Eddie Brock, the Agent Venom persona is primarily associated with Eugene "Flash" Thompson. Flash Thompson first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962).

Serving as a soldier, Flash Thompson loses his legs in combat. He is then offered a chance to regain mobility and serve his country by bonding with the Venom symbiote under strict government control. As Agent Venom, he possesses the symbiote's powers, like enhanced strength, speed, and the ability to create weapons and tendrils.

This iteration of Agent Venom operates as a black ops agent, undertaking dangerous missions for the government. He struggles to control the symbiote's influence and maintain his own identity and moral compass.
